CHELINDA

“The process is more important than the product”

Hi! As I’m sure you’ve already noticed my name is Chelinda. I want to play high level college basketball and more importantly, I will work to get there. To give you a quick summary of the type of person I am, my family and the people I love are very important to me. They sacrifice as much as I do for me to compete in this sport at the level I want to. I am a high honors student. I have played many sports my entire life, I have always been a competitor and have never backed down to anyone in anything I do, girl or boy. In 6th grade I discovered my love for basketball, my desire to work hard and really dedicate myself to a sport and not just when it’s in season. From then I have pushed myself, I have set goals, worked to get better and developed an underdog mentality. Basketball is my passion, and I hope you see that in me when you watch me play.
